Kenneth Miller on Teaching Evolution and "Fairness" (i.e., allowing ID to be Taught)

I find especially ironic that the ID advocates, who so often are opposed to government intervention of any kind (often excepting foreign policy, excepting war, etc...) - appeal to courts and Big Government to compel 'fairness' on the American public.
